📦 Plants ship on Mondays to ensure they don’t get stuck in a depot over the weekend.
🚚 All shipping is within New Zealand only.
All items are shipped tracked. Orders are sent authority to leave contact us if you require signature on delivery small fee will incur.

Return Policy
At Rasmussen Gardens, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order:
🌱 Plants:
Due to the sensitive and fragile nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on any plant items. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" purchases, so please choose carefully.
We want you to be happy with your plants — if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
🪴 Non-Perishables (e.g., pots, accessories):
Non-perishable items can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
🚚 Freight Charges:
If a product or order is returned or exchanged, the original freight (shipping) charge is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
🛠️ Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Proof of damage (e.g., clear photographs) must be provided.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
📦 How to Return an Item:
In order to return an item, you must contact us first. Returns must be approved prior to sending items back.
