We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of our plants, seeds, and products. However, variations in size, colour, and appearance are natural, especially for live plants.
Availability of products is subject to change without notice.
Prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including stock availability, payment issues, or errors in product description.

Payment must be made at the time of order through the payment options provided at checkout.
Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Rasmussen Gardens is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our control.

Due to the sensitive nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on plant purchases unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Non-perishable items (such as pots and accessories) may be exchanged or refunded within the time frames outlined in our Return Policy.

All our seeds are germination tested and meet or exceed industry standards at the time of sale.
Germination and plant performance can vary due to factors beyond our control, including sowing conditions, climate, soil quality, watering practices, and user handling.
Rasmussen Gardens does not guarantee 100% germination and accepts no liability for losses arising from failed germination or crop performance.
Our seeds are primarily grown as open-pollinated varieties. While we take every reasonable effort to ensure seed purity and prevent cross-pollination, cross-breeding may occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee that all plants will grow true to type.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Rasmussen Gardens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Care and maintenance of live plants and seeds are the responsibility of the purchaser once delivered.
