A striking ornamental and edible Capsicum annuum with beautifully variegated foliage in green and cream, vivid purple flowers, and upright pods that ripen from deep purple through to bright red. The multicoloured effect of pods at different stages of ripening makes this one of the most visually impressive chillies for pots, borders, or edible landscapes.

The pods carry a bright, slightly sweet flavour with moderate heat — decorative enough for an ornamental display and useful enough for the kitchen. Compact and bushy plants thrive in full sun with warm, well-drained soil.

Harvest: Pick at any stage for colour, or allow to ripen fully red for peak flavour and heat.
Flavour: Bright, mildly sweet, and medium-hot.
