Quinoa 'Taiwanese Giant Tree Spinach' is a fast-growing and striking ornamental edible producing tall, upright stems with large green leaves dusted in vivid magenta on the young growth. Known also as giant tree spinach, it can reach over 2 m tall and produces an abundance of nutritious, tender leaves for steaming or cooking like spinach. A genuinely impressive plant that adds both colour and productivity to the garden in equal measure.

Leaves are at their best when young and tender, with a mild, earthy flavour well suited to steaming, sautéing, and cooking in place of standard spinach.
