Long white radish with crisp daikon texture and a subtle spicy bite reminiscent of relish types. Roots reach up to 35 cm with attractive green shoulders that contrast beautifully with the smooth white skin. Excellent for slicing fresh, fermenting, or grating into pickles and sauces. Flesh is juicy and holds well after harvest. Grows best in fertile, well-drained soil with regular moisture. Prefers cooler seasons and may bolt in heat. Sow in early spring or late summer.
