100 Days. Aji Ahuachapán is a rare Baccatum variety from El Salvador, prized for its vibrant orange pods and exceptional flavour. The plant is tall and gangly, often requiring support with stakes, especially when grown in pots. It easily reaches over 1 m in height and produces heavily throughout the season.
