100 Days. A rare Capsicum baccatum from El Salvador named after the Ahuachapán region, producing vibrant orange, long tapered pods with exceptional sweet, fruity flavour and a gentle heat. A variety prized by chilli enthusiasts for its tropical character and striking colour — excellent fresh, in sauces, or dried.

Tall and gangly by nature, plants easily reach over 1 metre and produce heavily throughout the season. Best supported with stakes or a cage, particularly when grown in pots. Grow in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil and consistent moisture.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully orange for peak sweetness and flavour.
Flavour: Sweet and fruity with gentle heat and tropical undertones.
