100 Days. A rare Peruvian Capsicum baccatum producing cascades of slender yellow pods 7–10 cm long with a distinctive elongated berry shape. Extremely productive and notably well suited to cooler climates, continuing to fruit late into the season when many other varieties have finished. The pods dry easily and make a bright, tangy sauce with a fruity, citrusy, and slightly floral character.

Plants reach around 1.2 metres and perform well in pots or garden beds in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully yellow for peak flavour, or dry whole for sauces and powders.
Flavour: Fruity, citrusy, and slightly floral with mild to medium heat.
