100 Days. Aji Charapita – Peach is a close relative of Charapita Amarillo, with slightly larger, peach-colored pods. Native to the northern Peruvian jungle, this wild, bushy plant produces hundreds of tiny round chillies around 10mm in size. Despite their size, they pack a punch and are highly prized for their flavour and heat.
Flavour: Distinct fruity, citrus aroma with a sharp, lingering heat.
