100 Days. Aji Charapón is a plumper cousin of the famed Aji Charapita, offering the same vibrant citrus aroma with slightly less tartness. Easier to harvest thanks to its larger size, it’s perfect for adding fruity heat to salsas, sauces, and traditional Peruvian dishes.

Plants grow 60–80cm tall and are covered in small round pods about 1–1.5cm wide.

Flavour: Distinct fruity, citrus aroma with mild to medium heat.
