Aji Cito Capsicum baccatum
95 Days. One of the hottest Baccatum varieties, Aji Cito hails from Peru and stands out for its intense heat and unique flavour. Plants grow tall and bushy in pots, reaching up to 1 metre. The torpedo-shaped pods are around 5cm long and 1cm wide, ripening to a bright yellow.
Excellent used fresh, or dried and ground into a vibrant, citrusy powder.
Flavour: Bright bean and citrus notes with a sharp, lingering heat.
