90 Days. A Capsicum baccatum native to Curicó, Chile, producing slender, tapered pods with a satisfying crunch and bright citrus flavour and aroma. Aji Cristal is an essential ingredient in pebre — Chile's answer to pico de gallo — where its fresh, lively character shines. An exceptionally prolific variety that crops heavily throughout the season.

Plants grow to a moderate height and perform well in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil and consistent moisture. A versatile chilli equally at home fresh, in sauces, or preserved.
