Aji Fantasy

Heat: Medium (7,000 SHU)

85 Days. A stunning Capsicum baccatum developed in Finland, producing pale yellow, lantern-shaped pods with a distinctive bishop's crown profile. Thick-walled and juicy at 4–5 cm long, the pods are sweet, citrusy, and mildly spicy — an excellent choice for those who want genuine baccatum flavour without overwhelming heat. Equally good fresh, in salsas, or lightly pickled.

Compact, bushy plants reach 70–80 cm and perform well in pots or garden beds in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. A prolific and reliable variety throughout the season.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully pale yellow for peak sweetness and flavour.
Flavour: Sweet, citrusy, and mild with a crisp bite.
