85 Days. A compact Capsicum baccatum and productive variant of the Aji Amarillo, producing loads of elongated orange-yellow pods 8–10 cm long. Maturing slightly earlier than the original, it shares the same sweet, fruity, and mildly spicy character that makes Aji Amarillo one of South America's most prized chillies — excellent for salsas, sauces, and drying.

Vigorous plants reach up to 1.2 metres and thrive in pots or garden beds in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. A prolific and reliable producer throughout the season.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully orange-yellow for peak sweetness and flavour.
Flavour: Sweet, fruity, and mildly spicy with a smooth finish.
