Excellent fresh, dried, or processed into sauces and pastes.

A tall, vining plant reaching over 1 metre with a sprawling, heavy-cropping habit that benefits from sturdy staking throughout the season. Grow in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil and consistent moisture.
