95 Days. A compact twist on the classic Aji Lemon, Aji Lemon Stumpy is a Capsicum baccatum bred for shorter, bushier growth and fat, stubby pods that ripen to a bright lemon-yellow. Slightly wider and shorter than the original, the pods pack the same zingy citrus tang and fruity baccatum character in a more manageable plant — a powerhouse producer perfect for pots or small garden spaces where the full-sized Aji Lemon would outgrow its space.

Plants stay around 80 cm tall and remain highly productive throughout the season in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully bright lemon-yellow for peak citrus flavour and heat.
