A flavour-packed Capsicum baccatum from Peru whose name translates simply as "peach" — a fitting description for the slender, peach-coloured pods that ripen to a warm, glowing orange-peach at around 6 cm long. The flavour is sweet, tropical, and satisfying, with a gentle medium heat and a crunchy texture that makes the pods as enjoyable fresh as they are in sauces and salsas.

Highly productive plants reach up to 1.5 metres and perform well in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. A productive and rewarding variety well suited to containers or garden beds.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully peach-coloured for peak sweetness and flavour.
