100 Days. A prolific Capsicum baccatum from Peru producing bright red pods 10–12 cm long. One of the better baccatum varieties for cooler climates, continuing to crop reliably where others struggle. The flavour is floral and citrusy with a light sweetness and lively heat — ideal for salads, salsas, pickling, and tapas.

Plants reach 90 cm in pots and up to 1.8 metres in the ground. An easy-to-grow and highly productive variety that performs well in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully bright red for peak flavour and heat.
Flavour: Floral and citrusy with a light sweetness and lively heat.
