90 Days. A Capsicum baccatum bred by Jukka Fatalii in Finland, developed from the Aji Fantasy and selected for thicker-walled pods and noticeably more heat than its parent. Aji Sparkly White produces creamy white pods around 5 cm long with a fresh, crisp character β€” bright apple notes, good juicy crunch, and a lively heat that builds cleanly. An excellent choice for fresh eating, pickling, or adding depth and colour to sauces.

Plants grow up to 1.5 metres and are highly productive, performing well in pots or garden beds in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully creamy white for peak flavour and heat.
Flavour: Fresh, fruity apple notes with a crisp bite and good heat.
