A vibrant Capsicum baccatum from Peru producing long, slender, slightly wrinkled red pods 10–15 cm long with a distinctive teardrop curve, hanging in eye-catching clusters on compact, bushy plants. Sweet, tangy, and fruity with medium heat and a satisfying crisp bite β€” an excellent choice for sauces, fresh use, and drying.

Plants reach 80–90 cm and are heavy producers, continuing to fruit well into late summer. Grow in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil and consistent moisture.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully red for peak sweetness and flavour.
Flavour: Sweet, tangy, and fruity with medium heat and a crisp bite.
