Begonia 'Mountain' in 14 cm pot

Begonia 'Mountain'

Begonia 'Mountain'

Begonia 'Mountain' is a distinctive and collectible foliage begonia with textured, heart-shaped leaves in bright lime green, accented by bold chocolate-brown starburst markings and rich burgundy edges. Fine hairs across the leaves and stems give the plant a soft, fuzzy appearance that adds yet another layer of tactile interest. Compact and upright, growing to 30--40cm, it is perfectly suited to bright indoor spaces with good air circulation.

PLANT CARE

• Light: Bright, indirect light; essential for maintaining leaf colour and markings
- Water: Always water from the base -- do not wet the leaves or stems; keep soil steadily moist but never waterlogged; reduce watering in winter
- Humidity: High humidity preferred
- Considerations: Use a peat-based, well-draining mix, such as our specifically designed blend for aroids and houseplants. Ensure excellent drainage at all times. Apply a balanced liquid fertiliser during peak growth periods. Protect from cold draughts and temperature fluctuations.
