75 Days. A beautiful Balkan heirloom Capsicum annuum with rounded, bell-type pods that emerge almost translucent pale yellow before ripening to a rich red. Originating from the Soroksár region near Budapest, Hungary, this variety has been prized for generations for its exceptional sweetness, thick walls, and versatility in the kitchen. When fully dried, the pods produce a rich, sweet paprika with outstanding colour and depth of flavour.

Plants grow 60–90 cm tall and are highly productive in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. An outstanding dual-purpose variety — equally at home fresh, stuffed, or dried for paprika.

Harvest: Pick pale yellow for fresh use, or allow to ripen fully to red for drying and paprika.
Flavour: Very sweet, mild, and juicy with no heat.
