This little beak pepper is from Brazil, known for its unique shape and vibrant flavor. The plant grows to about 70 cm tall and 1 meter wide, with a bushy, spreading habit. It produces an abundance of ~3 cm long cascading pods that start green and ripen to bright yellow. The fruit is typically pickled and served as a condiment but is versatile enough for fresh salsas or sauces.
