100 Days. A Capsicum baccatum named for its unique three-lobed, bell-shaped pods that closely resemble a bishop's mitre. Originally from South America and the Caribbean, Bishop Crown produces eye-catching pods 4–6 cm wide that ripen from green to a bright red, with a sweet, tangy flavour and very mild heat that makes them accessible to all palates.

A heavy and reliable producer, plants reach 1.2 metres and perform well in pots or garden beds in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil.
