A striking Capsicum chinense from the BBG (7 Pot Bubblegum) family, Bleeding Heart Yellow BBG produces small, round yellow pods with the signature BBG "bleeding" calyx — where the pod's vivid colour flushes into the stem and calyx as it ripens, creating a distinctive two-toned effect. At 750,000–900,000 SHU the heat is ferocious, but the fruity, tropical character of the BBG line remains clearly present beneath the burn.

Compact and high-yielding plants thrive in warm, sunny conditions with free-draining soil. Best harvested when pods are fully bright yellow for peak flavour and heat.
