A compact, high-yielding variety producing strong, upright plants and large pods filled with very large, attractive pink-coloured seeds. Known for its excellent flavour and productivity, it is ideal for fresh eating, steaming, and cooking. 

Well suited to smaller gardens, Lucifer performs best in cool conditions with fertile, well-drained soil.

Sow: Direct outdoors, 3–5 cm deep.
Spacing: 20–30 cm apart.
Germination: 7–14 days.
Harvest: 90-110 days when pods are full.
Flavour: Rich, nutty, and tender.
