A traditional savoy cabbage producing rounded heads of deeply crinkled dark green leaves. The tender texture and mild sweet flavour make it excellent for cooking, steaming, soups, and winter dishes.

A hardy and reliable cabbage that thrives in cooler weather. 

Thrives in full sun and fertile, moisture-retentive but well-drained soil. Sow seeds indoors or direct in early spring or late summer. Harvest when heads are firm.

Sow: Direct or start indoors, 5-10 mm deep.
Spacing: Thin to 40–50 cm apart.
Germination: 7–14 days.
Harvest: 80–90 days; When heads are firm.
Flavour: Mild, crisp, and slightly sweet.
