110 Days. Carolina Reaper Yellow is a blisteringly hot Capsicum chinense variety, bred from the infamous red Carolina Reaper. It produces gnarly, blistered yellow pods with a pronounced stinger tail. Plants grow 90–120cm tall and are extremely productive in warm conditions. Though slightly less hot than the red version, it still ranks among the world’s hottest chillies. Perfect for extreme sauces, powders, or fermenting—use with caution.

Flavour: Fruity, citrusy, and slightly floral with an intense, lingering burn.
