Ceropegia woodii 'Chain of Hearts'

Chain of Hearts is a delicate trailing plant with cascading vines adorned by small, heart-shaped leaves marbled in green and silver, often tinged with purple on the underside. Native to South Africa, this fast-growing succulent vine is a favourite for hanging baskets and shelf displays, where its long strands can grow several metres over time.

Easy to care for and drought tolerant, Chain of Hearts thrives in bright indoor spaces and brings a romantic, airy touch to any plant collection.

PLANT CARE

• Light: Bright, indirect light; can tolerate some gentle direct sun
• Water:  Let soil mostly dry before watering; reduce watering in cooler months
• Humidity: Prefers average to dry indoor air
