80 Days. A classic Capsicum annuum producing round, glossy pods 2.5–4 cm wide that ripen from green to bright red. Larger than standard cherry pepper types and highly productive, they are excellent for pickling whole, preserving in oil or brine, or stuffing with cream cheese or feta for a classic antipasto bite.

Plants reach 60–80 cm and perform well in pots or garden beds in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil and consistent moisture.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully red for peak flavour and heat.
Flavour: Rich, slightly sweet with a pleasant heat — excellent fresh or stuffed.
