Eggplant 'Rabi Long Green' is a distinctive Asian variety producing long, glossy, tender green fruit weighing 80–100 grams with a mild, sweet flavour that sets it apart from standard dark-fruited eggplants. The pale green skin and tender flesh make it an excellent choice for stir-fries, curries, grilling, and roasting, where its subtle sweetness and smooth texture shine. A productive and visually striking variety that is well suited to warm-season growing in New Zealand.

Like all eggplants, 'Rabi Long Green' requires warm temperatures to thrive and is best started indoors before transplanting out into a warm, sunny position after all frost risk has passed. Plants grow to a good size and benefit from staking as fruit develops. Harvest regularly to keep plants productive throughout the season.
