French Tarragon is prized for its culinary versatility—delicious in sauces, mustards, vinegars, oils, and a wide range of savoury dishes. It pairs beautifully with meats, poultry, and vegetables, and is essential in many classic French recipes.

Harvest leaves throughout summer for fresh use or freeze for later. To freeze, lightly wet the leaves first to preserve their flavour. Dies back in winter and regrows in spring.
