70–90 Days. A Korean-style Capsicum annuum bred for flavour, producing long, slender pods that ripen from green to deep red. Widely used fresh, dried, or ground into gochugaru for kimchi and traditional Korean dishes, with flavour deepening as pods mature to red.

Compact, highly productive plants perform well in pots or garden beds in warm, sunny conditions with fertile, well-drained soil. A versatile and rewarding variety for the kitchen garden.

Harvest: Pick green or red depending on use.
Flavour: Sweet and earthy with mild peppery spice.
