90–100 Days. A Capsicum chinense producing wrinkled, lantern-shaped pods that ripen from green to a distinctive deep mustard-yellow. The heat reaches 100,000–300,000 SHU with the fruity, floral character typical of the habanero family — a rich apricot-like aroma that makes it particularly well suited to hot sauces, marinades, and fruit-based salsas.

Vigorous, bushy plants reach 90 cm or more and are highly productive in full sun with rich, well-drained soil. Well suited to container growing in warm, sheltered conditions.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully mustard-yellow for peak flavour and heat.
Flavour: Fruity, floral, and intensely hot with a rich apricot-like aroma.
