90–100 Days. A rare Capsicum chinense producing small, lantern-shaped pods that ripen from pale green to a soft, creamy ivory-white with lightly wrinkled skin. Closely related to White Lantern Habanero genetics, the Oz White Lantern has been selected and grown in Australia for its exceptional combination of intense heat and clean, bright flavour — fruity, floral, and citrus-forward with a sharp, lingering burn that sits firmly in habanero territory.

Particularly prized for white hot sauces, pale salsas, powders, and flakes where colour preservation and flavour both matter. Productive plants reach 60–80 cm and perform well in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully ivory-white for peak flavour and heat.
Flavour: Fruity, floral, and citrusy with intense, lingering habanero-level heat.
