Pak Choi - Canton White (Dwarf)
Pak Choi 'Canton White' is a compact, dwarf heirloom variety producing juicy white stalks and tender dark green leaves with a delicate cabbage flavour and a pleasant hint of mustard-like spice. Among the most compact, tender, and best-flavoured pak choi varieties available, it can be enjoyed at any stage of growth from young seedling to full maturity. Better suited to warm weather than most pak choi types, it is a versatile and reliable variety for the home garden and container growing alike.
Fast maturing and easy to grow, 'Canton White' performs well year round in many New Zealand conditions and suits successive sowings for a continuous supply of fresh, tender leaves and stalks. An excellent choice for stir-fries, soups, steaming, and fresh eating where its clean, mild flavour shines.
