Pak Choi 'Red Choi' is a striking and versatile variety producing bronze-red to deep purple leaves with contrasting crisp white stems that add real colour and character to the garden and the plate alike. Compact and upright in habit, it can be harvested young as baby leaves to add a vibrant pop of colour to salad mixes, or grown on to form a full mature head for stir-fries, soups, and steaming. The mild, pleasant flavour makes it an excellent and colourful way to add more greens to your diet, whether steamed, stir-fried, or blended raw into salads.

Slow bolting and easy to grow, 'Red Choi' performs well across a wide range of conditions in full sun to part shade with fertile, consistently moist soil. Sow successively every 2–3 weeks for a continuous supply of fresh leaves and heads throughout the season.
