Radish 'Rats Tail' is a rare and unusual heirloom variety grown not for its roots but for its long, slender, tender seed pods that resemble a rat's tail and deliver a crisp, juicy, mildly pungent flavour with classic radish character. A genuinely different and conversation-starting crop, the pods are excellent eaten raw in salads, pickled, or added to stir-fries and curries where their spicy bite adds real depth and interest.
