Indeterminate - Paste
80 Days. Mid-Season. San Marzano Redorta is considered one of the best paste tomatoes, named after Pizzo Redorta mountain in Italy. The fruit, about 150β300g, is much larger and more flavourful than the classic San Marzano, with dense, meaty flesh and few seeds. The plant is indeterminate and highly productive, requiring support for its heavy, elongated fruit. This variety is ideal for sauces, paste making, and fresh eating.
Flavour: Meaty, rich, and deeply savoury.
