Scallopini 'Benning's Green Tint' is a heritage pattypan-style zucchini producing pale green, scalloped fruit with tender, buttery flesh and a sweet, mild flavour that is excellent for grilling, steaming, roasting, or stuffing. Harvested young at 5–8 cm wide, the fruit is at its most tender and flavoursome, making regular picking both rewarding and essential for continuous yields throughout the season.
