Heritage pattypan-style zucchini with pale green, scalloped fruit and tender, buttery flesh. Harvested young, it has a sweet flavour and firm texture perfect for grilling, steaming, or stuffing. Plants are compact and productive, with good resistance to heat and mildew. Best picked at 5–8 cm wide for optimal tenderness and continuous yields. Grows well in full sun and rich, free-draining soil. Keep soil moist and harvest regularly to promote new fruit.
