90–100 Days. Scotch Bonnet is a legendary Capsicum chinense variety, widely used in Caribbean cuisine for its bold heat and fruity flavour. The squat, bonnet-shaped pods ripen from green to vibrant red, orange, or yellow depending on the type. Plants grow 60–90cm tall and are highly productive with proper warmth and sun. Perfect for hot sauces, jerk marinades, and fiery salsas.

Flavour: Fruity, tropical, and slightly smoky with a searing heat.
