Unusual Italian heirloom squash also known as zucchetta or snake squash, grown for its long, curved fruit with pale green skin and firm, mildly sweet flesh. Can be harvested young as a tender summer squash or left to mature and cure for use as a winter squash—excellent roasted, baked, or grilled.

Vigorous vines are highly productive and best grown vertically on a trellis to keep fruit straight and clean. Thrives in full sun with rich, well-drained soil. Water consistently and mulch well to retain moisture and suppress weeds.

A standout variety for both flavour and novelty in the garden.
