Sugar Rush Peach Capsicum baccatum

100 Days. Sugar Rush Peach is a prolific Capsicum baccatum variety prized for its outstanding flavour and generous yields. It produces long, peach-coloured pods—slightly curled and up to 10–12cm long—on tall plants reaching 1.2–1.5m. Perfect for sauce making, the thick-walled pods blend into smooth, fruity, and spicy peach-coloured hot sauces with a tangy citrus kick. Also excellent fresh, roasted, or fermented.

Flavour: Exceptionally sweet and fruity with bright citrus notes and a medium heat that builds.
