Sugar Rush Peach

Heat: Medium (15,000 SHU)

100 Days. A prolific Capsicum baccatum prized for its outstanding flavour and generous yields. Long, slightly curled peach-coloured pods reach 10–12 cm with thick walls and an exceptional flesh-to-seed ratio — perfect for blending into smooth, fruity, peach-coloured hot sauces with a tangy citrus kick. Also excellent fresh, roasted, or fermented.

Tall plants reach 1.2–1.5 metres and are highly productive throughout the season in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully peach-coloured for peak sweetness and flavour.
Flavour: Exceptionally sweet and fruity with bright citrus notes and a medium heat that builds.
