100 Days. Sugar Rush Stripey is a stunning and flavour-packed Capsicum baccatum variety, producing long pods streaked with red, orange, and yellow. Each fruit is a work of art—perfect for sauce-making, fermenting, or eating fresh. Plants grow 1–1.2m tall and are very productive, with pods reaching 10–12cm long. Let them ripen fully to develop the best colour and sweetness.

Flavour: Sweet, fruity, and citrusy with a medium heat that builds gradually.
