90 Days. A traditional Balkan Capsicum annuum producing large, glossy red pods with thick walls and exceptional sweetness. Long cultivated across the former Yugoslavia for homemade paprika, the pods dry beautifully — holding a deep, rich red colour and developing a sweet, aromatic depth that commercial paprika rarely matches. Equally excellent roasted or used fresh in salads and cooking.

Vigorous, high-yielding plants that thrive in warm, sunny conditions with fertile, well-drained soil. An outstanding heirloom for cooks who want to make their own paprika from scratch.

Harvest: Pick fully red pods for fresh use, or dry whole for grinding into paprika.
