Tomatillo - Verde Puebla matures in 65 days. This larger tomatillo, averaging 2 inches across, has a more savory flavor than other varieties. The vigorous and productive plant is ideal for many Mexican dishes, including salsa verde and chili verde. After harvest, its husks reveal a bright green fruit. Sow seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost; transplant outdoors after the threat of frost has passed.
