75 Days. Attractive golden-skinned turnip with sweet, mild, and tender white flesh. Maturing quickly for a crisp texture and delicate flavour. Excellent eaten raw in salads, or roasted. Young greens are also edible and nutritious. Performs best in cooler weather, producing consistent yields in spring and autumn plantings. Prefers full sun and fertile, well-drained soil with regular moisture. Sow in early spring or late summer. Sow 5–10 mm deep, 10–15 cm apart. Germinates in 5–10 days. Harvest when roots are 7–10 cm for best quality.
