White Goat Harry Chilli Plant in 4" pot

White Goat Harry

Heat: Hot (40,000 SHU)

90 Days. A striking Capsicum annuum producing small, upright pods around 3 cm long that ripen from green to vivid red. The plant's most distinctive feature is its silvery-white hairy stems and foliage — a ghostly, ornamental quality that sets it apart from any standard chilli variety. Related to the Goat's Weed type, it shares the same tall, wiry habit and prolific fruiting, with sharp, smoky, moderately hot pods excellent for sauces, drying, and garnishing.

Tall, wiry plants reach 90–150 cm and thrive in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil. An ornamental and culinary curiosity for the serious chilli grower.

Harvest: Pick when pods are fully red for peak heat and flavour.
Flavour: Sharp, smoky, and peppery with moderate heat.
