Celery - Chinese White (150 seeds)

Traditional Chinese celery with slender white stalks and leafy tops, known for its crisp texture and strong, aromatic flavour. Commonly used in stir-fries, soups, and braised dishes, adding a savoury depth to Asian cuisine. Smaller and more delicate than Western celery, it matures quickly and tolerates a range of growing conditions. Prefers full sun and fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Matures in about 80–90 days from sowing. Sow in early spring or late summer. Sow 3–5 mm deep, 20–30 cm apart. Germinates in 14–21 days. Keep soil evenly moist to prevent plants from becoming fibrous or bitter.
